Ben Franklin Bridge & Marina, Early Morning

Uploaded: October 05, 2010 08:06:38

Description

For this assignment, I went into Philly early Saturday morning with the idea of getting some potential art fair shots. The first 3 shots were taken b/w 7:15 - 8 am. For each, I took multiple exposures & merged them in Photomatix. For this shot, I added a Topaz filter (psychedelic) & tweaked the colors

Exif: F Number: 22, ISO: 100, FocalLength: 18.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 7D

Nice work...it sure beats (for beauty) the view I had two weeks ago! #8949927

Hi Michelle - thanks for the note. I saw some of your shots from Philly, including your step grandson on the makeshift pier. I think he's got more guts than me. I know exactly where he was (I got pics from a similar vantage point, but without going onto that pier). I was lucky to get there right as the sun was coming up on a beautiful fall morning. I'll put one of those shots as tomorrow's contest entry.
